Project Time

Initial Challenge

Develop an easy to use delivery system app between Shabeb managements and the delivery guys

Deck Research Outcome

  • You can reach more customers and attract new audiences with food delivery apps thus, this gives you greater exposure, which can increase the amount of orders and convert new customers into regular clients.
  • Many  advantages for a third party delivery apps, this means you don’t handle the logistics, you will only focus on your business.
  • The app should be convenient, and customers are willing to pay more for that

Insights

Having problems in “over communication” between the driver and the clients could lead to losing Human and Money Resources

Having problems in driver’s professional (not following the rules) and personal (clothes…) behaviors could lead to some problems

Final Insight

Lack of communication  boundaries between the driver and the user combined with driver’s misbehaviors could generate human and money resources loss to shabeb

Persona

After creating many personas we choose this one that combine our 2 main insights and has the characteristics that we want.

Redefined Challenge

“How Might We eliminate the communication between drivers and users and develop Shabeb behaviors both personally and professionally”

Ideation

After finishing our research and after finishing the 2 days ideation sessions between the Tech Team and our UX Team. We do believe that each department plays a big role to make the Shabeb Project a successful Case Study.

Final Idea

At the end of the ideation sessions, we had 2 different platforms/systems and we finally agreed on the option that suits us best.

Solution!

The final product will be a platform consists of 2 apps:

– App for the Vendors

– App for the Drivers/Fleet

& a Dashboard that has:

  • Customer Service to track the  drivers and vendors Section

  • Sales Section

  • Complains Section

  • Recruitment Section

  • Accounting Section

  • Executive Section
