Interview

We interviewed 12 people between the age 22 and 30. The interview consists of 10 open questions.

Evaluation

After evaluating all the interviews we finished with eight different labels

The two most important were labels were related to FLEXIBILITY AND RELATIONSHIPS

After creating many personas we choose this one that combine our 2 main insights and has the characteristics that we want.

Ideation

In Ideation phase we have done many ideation technics

Final Idea

By the end we ended up with two ideas on tie so we decided to mix them up and make a solution that solve our challenge from two end

Central Computer

A new kind of office space, where we have everything centralized on a round table, where everyone share the same space.

Clound Platform

Imagine a big computer that has servers on the cloud and where all people in the company can do a real time teamwork and has a direct communication with all the company even from home or any place.

First Prototype

After having the ideas it’s time to test them, for that purpose we made three versions of the cloud platform and different variations of the office space.

We made three iterations, on the first one we had 6 people, this one was the one with more useful feedback, the remaining two where with 5 people each.

Second Prototype

After the feedbacks we have cleaned up the interface and made it more realistic. We decided which features where going to be the most important and also started to think about how to solve the social, emotional and technical aspects. For the space, we started to implement some details specially to the screen to improve the idea

Meet Arthur!

We have created a round screen table inspired by King Arthur that at that time he wants equality and increase the relationship between everyone sitting with him. In our screen round table you can communicate with everyone at the same time you have a total privacy. Thus, that increase the relationship between employees. At the same time, the screen is covered by “privacy filter” product in this way no one can see what you are doing on your screen.

Desktop Version

We have created a Program (platform+app) and it’s accessible from home, at the office or anywhere. So, every employee will have the same look and feel even if he’s working from home, he can feel he’s at the office.

 

The platform consists of 7 categories

Login Page

The platform consists of 7 categories. First you have an upper horizontal notification bar that notify an employee that a new task should be done such as an activity and this will increase relationship among employees. And the lower horizontal bar is that milestone of each projects that you are working on. In this way employee can check how much time he have and he will be more flexible because he already knows all the info.​

You can check who’s online, offline, break or working from outside the office.

Mail: You can access your mail

Calendar: shows “when you have a break, activities or meeting”.

Messenger: you can communicate with your colleges

Notes: You can write Private Notes and share them.

Music: it’s Spotify we have created our own list and the employee can add to it. (depends on his mood and emotional situation)

Shared: Shared items and images between the users.(PDF, Info, Photos...)

Press and Share: Once you hard press on any content you can share it with your college directly.

Because we want to build a one community at work, from time to time, the screen will freeze and ask the employee to join the others for a certain type of activity could be yoga for example. Last but not least, In settings you can personalized most of the content, from background, colors, text size, share screen…

We have created a mobile version similar to the desktop version
